A former Vietnamese special agent who fled to Hong Kong relies on his sister for survival and has long been taken care of by a friend of Pakistani descent, hiding in the Chung King Mansion.

One day, a female journalist steps into this place in search of her saviour, unaware that she has stirred up a life-and-death chase involving an African civil war…
