Project Description
From now on, if you are willing, you can learn from two senior translator experts, and have the opportunity to place your translated work onto the stage.
Aim:
Let peoples have the opportunity to get the fun of translate, train up participants a deeper appreciation, analysis and translation capabilities of Western Drama, to train more translator for the local Theatre.
Give participants a chance to show up their translation work, and join the rehearsal process.
Content:
Speakers share their experiences of translate, and lead participants to appreciate and analysis the text, to understand the similarities and differences between Chinese and Western languages, the relationship of period of scripts, relations between the script and the interpretation, translation style.
Participants are required to translating a “Pulitzer Prize Winning Plays” by using the above learned skills.

The above translated play will perform on Oct of 2014
